Chrome-Plated Rear Axles
The greatest selection of chrome axles in the industry. Complete assemblies for
models as far back as 36. Fully-chromed, including the hardware. Axle shafts are
machined from heat-treated chromemoly steel, triple-step chrome-plated, then
machine-polished and ground to a finish size tolerance of ±.0005". The rear axle
nuts are attached to the shaft with a full-penetration weld, then machined smooth
before final machine-polishing and plating. Axles are available individually or
packaged complete with a fully-chromed hardware kit. Photo shows contents of
hardware and axle kits as well as the basic axle profile.
